NADRA describes the Family Registration Certificate as a record of family composition. It may support a case file alongside CNICs, passports and relevant civil-status records, but it does not independently establish donor eligibility or satisfy every hospital or authority requirement.
- Use consistent names and dates across CNIC and passport records
- Include an FRC or civil-status evidence only when relevant to the requested review

Medical Tests Commonly Reviewed Before Travel
The preliminary file may include dialysis and nephrology summaries, blood group, kidney function, blood counts, infection screening, imaging, cardiac assessment and donor health records. The hospital decides which results it can accept and what must be repeated.
Ethical Review and Protection Against Commercial Donation
Donation must be voluntary and free from purchase, brokerage, coercion or financial inducement. Additional review may apply, particularly where relationship evidence is complex or the proposed donor is not a close relative.
