- Iraqi entry requirements vary by age and passport. Confirm the current treatment-purpose route through official channels only after the hospital identifies a meaningful next assessment step.
- Protect continuity
- Keep a named Iraqi hematology or oncology team responsible for stabilization, transfusions, infections, medicines and urgent changes while review or travel planning is underway.
